Dear Colleagues,

Herewith my fourth communication around Finance’s move to Studebaker.  Part of our team, Payroll, is moving this weekend, along with their colleagues in the HR Processing Center.  Both Payroll and HRPC have been located at 330 Fifth Avenue for the past three years, and as of Monday, will now be located on the 4^th Floor of Studebaker.  We look forward to joining them shortly!

Shuttle Update

In a continuous effort to improve transportation services, a new Studebaker shuttle schedule will go into effect on Monday, October 8^th.  This new schedule is designed to help both you as employees and visitors to the University commute more easily between Studebaker and the Morningside campus.  To review shuttle times and stop locations, please visit www.columbia.edu/cu/transportation.

Food Services

There will be a café at Studebaker that is anticipated to be operational by mid-December.  The café will sell pre-packaged sandwiches, ready-to-go salads, coffee, bagels, fruit, yogurt, etc.  Prior to the café becoming operational, there will be a food cart in Studebaker, selling a similar variety of to-go food.  In addition to the food cart, the 3^rd and the 4^th floors will have both snack and beverage vending machines on each floor.  Please also note that if you wish to bring your own food to the office, there are full-size refrigerators and microwaves on each floor.
