Here with my third communication around Finance’s move to Studebaker.

Move Planning: Week of October 1 st

Change of address notification:  As you continue to think about business contacts who should receive a change of address notification, I encourage you to think about including our new location information in your e-mail signature (see the end of this e-mail as an example), along with the date that this will become effective (either November 12th or November 19th, depending on your own department’s move date). 

To either create a signature for your e-mail, or to edit an existing signature, follow these simple steps: In the Outlook menu bar, choose Tools , then Options , then Mail Format , and then look at the piece called Signatures .  From here, you can either create a brand new signature that will show up whenever you send an e-mail, or you can edit an existing signature.

Water / coffee: If you are an individual currently responsible for shared amenities, i.e. ordering water, coffee etc. please speak with your move coordinator (names listed at the end of this e-mail) to ensure that any standing orders are cancelled in a timely manner for your current location and accounts changed to reflect the new Studebaker location. Your move coordinators will in turn work together to ensure appropriate distribution of these amenities on the 3rd and 4th Floors of Studebaker.

Recycling: You’ll be pleased to know that moving into a Columbia operated building everyone in Studebaker will have two garbage cans in their office / cubicle, one for paper recycling and another for garbage items.  There will also be recycling containers in central locations for cans.
